You are welcome to reach out directly to our billing team via email at billing@trailaheadtherapy.com or by phone at 505-221-6224. Although we can’t answer plan-specific questions you may have, we can answer questions about our in-house billing practices (co-pays, cancellation fees, when fees are charged, etc.).

If you have questions about your specific insurance plan, benefits, deductible, etc. then we recommend you contact your insurer directly. A number for customer service will be on the back of your insurance card.
