
We offer trauma-informed, in-person and telehealth psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy, at our offices in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico for teens (14+) and adults navigating the many changes, challenges, and stressors that life brings.
Individual psychotherapy involves working directly with one of our highly trained providers who will work with you to understand what brought you to therapy to provide personalized tools, strategies, and support you can use to create and live a more fulfilling life.
Psychotherapy is designed to help you gain insight, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. It also helps people identify issues that cause emotional distress and learn skills to help gain insight into thoughts, feelings and patterns and develop self-regulation skills. Therapy may also serve as a safe place to discuss feelings and emotions triggered by daily stressors, medical illnesses, relationship issues, grief and loss, or the impact of a specific trauma.
