The security cameras located at each building entrance are only there to help our team identify and respond to after-hours safety and security incidents. These cameras only record after our regular business hours (5PM – 9AM) or in the case of an emergency (where they would be manually activated by our administration team).
Since we want to help ensure the privacy, safety, and comfort of our staff, clients, and visitors, this system & the video storage software are all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant. The system is not connected to any facial recognition software and will only be viewed by our administration team, in the event of a safety/security incident or emergency.
