Sarah (she/her) is queer-identified counseling intern and somatic practitioner with a trauma-informed approach to therapy. Sarah’s work is relational, collaborative, and experiential. Sarah is attentive to power dynamics, and deeply committed to supporting her client’s agency to help her clients build somatic literacy and cultivate an embodied experience of safety, dignity, and belonging.

Sarah integrates attachment, narrative, existential, and liberation theories and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-inspired parts work. Sarah finds it particularly meaningful to support people as they navigate exploring identity, life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, recovery from high-demand groups, and grappling with the existential questions of life and our times.  Sarah considers each client’s social location and how dominant culture impacts their well-being, ensuring an approach that is inclusive and culturally sensitive.

Sarah is currently a student at Prescott College, pursuing a concentration in Marriage and Family Counseling, with an anticipated graduation date of summer 2025. She has a background in conflict transformation, mediation, restorative justice, Kingian nonviolence, and mindfulness, all of which inform her approach to therapy. Additionally, her love of dance and connection to wild spaces deeply shape her therapeutic style and perspective.
