
Sarah (she/her) is a clinical social worker who primarily utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and takes a client-centered approach to help teens and adults make their way through painful life events and utilize their unique strengths throughout their lifespan.
Sarah has extensive experience working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and clients with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism to help them navigate grief and bereavement, anxiety and mood disorders and more. In addition to ACT, Sarah has training in Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Psychodynamic therapies.
Sarah grew up in Albuquerque, completed her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University, obtained advanced clinical psychology training at the University of Detroit Mercy, and completed her Master of Social Work degree from New Mexico Highlands University (NMHU).
While not at work, Sarah is passionate about cooking, board games, and making terrible puns.
