Rhiannon (she/her) strives to work collaboratively with clients, supporting them as they connect to their own strengths and inner resources. Guided by values of respect and non-judgment, she holds a safe space for clients to explore and deepen their self-understanding and self-compassion. It is from this place of self-compassion that Rhiannon believes healing and growth stem. She honors the importance of the therapeutic relationship and aims to meet clients with authenticity, empathy, and humor in her office.
Rhiannon is a graduate of the Simmons University School of Social Work and incorporates elements of CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment Theory, and nervous system regulation approaches into her work with clients. She particularly enjoys working with individuals impacted by interpersonal trauma and substance use disorders.
