
Meghan (she/her) uses a comprehensive and culturally sensitive approach, guided by principles of non-judgment and trauma-informed care. Her therapeutic journey has led her to work with clients facing various challenges, including but not limited to grief, trauma, life transitions, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Meghan employs a multifaceted toolkit, leveraging techniques such as somatic healing, meditation, compassion, and humor as valuable resources to help clients navigate their emotions, facilitate self-expression, and facilitate emotional healing.
Meghan is an artist, therapist, and yoga practitioner with a broad spectrum of experience working with clients of diverse age groups. Her professional background encompasses a wide range of therapeutic settings, from assisting incarcerated individuals to providing outpatient therapy services.
Meghan’s therapeutic approaches include Person-Centered Therapy, Art Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Dreamwork, tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
