Megan (she/her) believes that every person holds an innate potential for healing. Our present experiences arise from a web of influences—ancestry, biology, temperament, lived history, and the larger social conditions and environmental forces that shape us.
A Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) and certified mindfulness instructor, Megan integrates body-based awareness, mindfulness, and trauma-informed principles to help clients reconnect with their resilience and sense of wholeness. She supports clients in gently processing the effects of trauma by working with the body’s inherent capacity to restore balance, safety, and connection. Her work is also informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and attachment theory, inviting curiosity and compassion toward the parts of ourselves that seek care and understanding. Through deep listening, attuned presence, and co-regulation, Megan helps clients locate their voice, make meaning of experience, and transform patterns that no longer serve.
Megan specializes in complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, with an affinity for working with the peri-natal period and parents and caregivers of children. Her sessions foster embodied awareness, belonging, and self-trust, helping clients live with greater ease, authenticity, and connection to their truest, wisest self.
