Janina (she/her) is in the final stage of completing her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at New Mexico Highlands University.

Janina’s counseling approach is client-centered and grounded in humanistic principles, such as Gestalt Therapy, Person-centered therapy, and Existentialism. She is deeply passionate about helping clients explore their meaning and find purpose in life. Her sessions emphasize safety, trust, and authenticity, creating a space that feels both supportive and relaxed. Janina believes that challenges are not flaws, but natural responses to life experiences that hold deep potential.

She brings a professional background in Ayurvedic medicine, yoga, teaching, meditation, and other ancient wisdom traditions, which she thoughtfully integrates to support clients in holistically accessing their full potential.

Having walked her own path of healing, Janina understands the power of being seen and validated as a whole person after trauma, loss, and while grieving, often when we walk nonlinear paths in life. She believes that true healing arises in the moment when a client feels deeply understood with genuine curiosity, and with the intention to meet what is most needed.
