India (she/her) is a 15th generation New Mexican whose work is shaped by a deep connection to place and an orientation toward the larger patterns and contexts that shape human experience.
As a clinician and artist, India believes in every person’s innate ability to create. She journeys alongside her clients into unknown and transformative spaces, holding steady ground while honoring each person’s capacity to reimagine and reshape their reality from within.
India enjoys working with adults in all stages of life and is especially drawn to working with adults navigating major life transitions, including pregnant and postpartum individuals, and individuals recovering from addiction who are reconnecting with their bodies and sense of self.
She is a trauma-informed, person-centered therapist who specializes in ecotherapy (nature-based therapy), grief and loss, and nervous system/body-based healing.
