David (he/him) is a graduate of New Mexico Highlands University’s school of social work. He enjoys working with individuals & couples with an emphasis on honoring the diversity of human experience, genuine curiosity about lived experiences, and incorporating creativity into a holistic view of mental health care. He was drawn to this work from his personal experience making music & writing poetry, and how creative expression helped him and others find a sense of holistic wellbeing.
David has a humanistic and person-centered approach in his work, believing that what draws us each to the therapeutic process is unique and individual to our own experiences. David aims to take clients on an introspective journey that helps each client identify their own individual definition of wellbeing and balance. In his free time, David enjoys hiking, being outdoors, making music and cooking. He enjoys discussing philosophy and spirituality, as well as completing DIY home improvement projects.
