Brianna Boulanger (she/her) is a counseling graduate student at New Mexico Highlands University who is passionate about helping people feel more grounded, understood, and capable in their everyday lives. She believes therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership – one rooted in curiosity, compassion, and honest reflection. Brianna integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and relational approaches to support clients in understanding the patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. She is passionate about helping clients heal from trauma, deepen their understanding of attachment patterns, and develop more secure and fulfilling relationships – with themselves and with others. Brianna strives to help clients connect with their own inner wisdom and is committed to offering support that feels grounding, affirming, and genuinely human.
Outside of counseling, Brianna enjoys hot yoga, sewing, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She believes in cultivating curiosity and playfulness in life, finding joy in both small moments and personal challenges alike.
