Hello and welcome!

I’m Alicia, (she/her) and my work is built on the belief that we all have an innate capacity to heal and grow with the right support. I have a humanistic, person-centered approach to therapy that prioritizes building a collaborative partnership with clients that is rooted in trust, authenticity, and non-judgment.

With my clinical background in hospice and bereavement care, I specialize in supporting those navigating grief and major life transitions. Through an existential lens, I hope to help people find meaning in life’s challenges, blending this with a somatic approach to move beyond abstract talk toward a lived understanding of personal resilience.

Drawing on my background as a massage therapist, I also integrate body-oriented mindfulness to address the connection between the mind and the nervous system. This somatic awareness is essential for emotional regulation and internal balance, especially when working with attachment styles and trauma. My goal is to provide a safe space to understand relational patterns and cultivate the strength needed for authentic change.

Outside of the office, I’m kept on my toes by my daughter and two rambunctious chihuahuas. I find my own revitalization through nature and spiritual practice—whether enjoying local trails, practicing yoga, or cooking.
