Hello! My name is Mímir, I identify as queer and nonbinary. I dedicate my work to seeing a world where we all can reach towards growth and a deeper connection to ourselves as we co create meaning and depth in our lifetime.

My primary specialty is responsive care. This can include supporting individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, the Non-monogamous community, BIPOC communities, and other marginalized communities. These are just examples of a greater goal and scope of my work supporting those who have been marginalized.
I see healing and growth as a process of self-acceptance, exploration of our ever-evolving needs and values, building connection, and transforming how we have survived in this world into beautiful new ways to thrive in the world we co-create with those around us. Through curious and compassionate exploration of safety strategies and holding our emotions and experiences we find a path forward.

It can be a challenge in this time to reach out and feel supported. We all deserve space to be seen, heard, and felt. It can feel daunting to be vulnerable and through vulnerability comes healing.

I frequently use a mixture of therapeutic approaches to find a path forward that fits for the human I am collaboratively working with. This can range from cognitive focused approaches with DBT skills to more experiential/ emotion focused approaches. As I work to break down marginalization and oppressive forces in my work I find there is no one-size that fits all without denying someone’s autonomy.
