Rachel (she/her) is a counseling student at Southwestern College, drawn to the deeper patterns beneath lived experience—early imprints, hidden strengths, and the body’s wisdom. Her work is rooted in depth and analytical psychology, with a particular resonance for Jungian and transpersonal approaches, and is informed by a strong trauma- and crisis-sensitive lens.
She supports clients in navigating life’s complexity with care, curiosity, and presence. Her style is relational and collaborative, grounded in nervous system attunement, somatic awareness, and symbolic insight. She draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Transformative Imagery, and integrative trauma practices to meet each person where they are.
Rachel works especially well with neurodivergent, sensitive, and creative individuals—those who walk nonlinear paths or seek meaning in the midst of overwhelm, grief, or transition. Her approach honors both individual healing and the collective call toward justice and liberation.
At its heart, Rachel’s practice is about remembering: returning to the inner light, wisdom, and resilience that are already within.
