Megan (she/her) believes that every person has a natural capacity to heal and that our present experience derives from our individual developmental histories and also collective and societal causes of suffering. Megan accompanies clients on their personal and unique paths to healing, through deep listening, co-regulation, and support of the mind-body connection. Starting from where we are at present, Megan will work with you to help locate your voice, make meaning of experience, and transform what does not serve.
Megan works with common symptoms of trauma, anxiety and depression using cognitive- behavioral and psychoeducational techniques with mindfulness and somatic body-based tools to help regulate the nervous system and increase awareness and self-acceptance. Megan aids clients to find belonging, trust the good that is innate within, and live from their truest, wisest selves. Megan has a special affinity for working with grief and loss, with pre-, peri- and post-natal parents and caregivers, and youth and young adults.
